Cresta is looking for a creative and ambitious Product Marketer to help bring Cresta’s Expertise AI to market. This candidate will be outcome-driven and able to own product marketing strategy from ideation to launch. This means working closely with sales, marketing, engineering and Cresta’s executive team to determine positioning, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications for key verticals and product categories. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be able to strategically understand market challenges, and creatively solve problems with an athlete’s mindset.
What you'll do:Thought Leadership: Create compelling, exciting, and provocative narratives that cut through the noise. Develop a point of view and work cross-functionally to create and activate content. Data Driven: We have access to data from millions of conversations. Be comfortable digging into this data to tell unique and insightful fact-based stories.Market Segmentation: Identify and understand challenges facing key market segments and industry verticals through primary and secondary research.Go-to-Market Programs: Develop and execute commercial go-to-market programs from ideation to adoption that span all stages of the buyer’s journey. Content Creation: Create fun and exciting content across Cresta’s buyer’s journey. Keep it fun and quirky, there’s no shortage of boring enterprise content in the world today! Competitive Intelligence: Cresta is at the intersection of the rapidly evolving contact center and conversational AI markets. Keep up with market trends, equip the organization with findings, and uncover strategic opportunities for Cresta. Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to set, execute against, and measure progress against strategic initiatives. Have a Bias-for-Action: Embody a growth mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Solve problems like an athlete, but have fun along the way. We're looking for someone who:3-5+ years of relevant experience in sales, product marketing, product management in a B2B SaaS environment, or consultingExperience in the Contact Center a strong plus BA/BS degree, MBA preferredExperience running go-to-market programs measurably tied to business objectivesBe a storyteller. Clearly articulate concepts though compelling narratives. Be able to bridge left-brain and right-brain thinkingBe comfortable working with data-science to extract insights from our user data. Familiarity with Excel and analytics tools is a plus.
