Senior Technical Recruiter

We are building our team and looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our company’s growth in numbers. In this position, you will play a vital role in expanding our talent operations and growing the company strategically by owning key hires that will bring us to greater heights. You will ensure high quality candidates are recruited effectively and have a positive and comprehensive and smooth interview experience. This position reports directly to our CEO.

Cresta is an early-stage enterprise AI startup with the mission of enabling everyone to start as an expert on the first day on the job. Spun out of the Stanford AI lab and chaired by Google-X founder Sebastian Thrun and backed by Ben Horowitz, our team is composed of Stanford PhDs and top engineers and leaders from Google, Facebook, and other tech companies. We are in production at multiple Fortune 500 companies and are training on millions of dialog conversations.

You Are

  • An excellent communicator who can pitch and represent the company well
  • A proactive leader in information sharing with the team and initiating problem solving to rectify situations in a timely manner
  • A strong listener who understands that it’s important to recognize the needs and motivations of their hiring partners/candidates
  • A systematic coordinator who is able to handle multiple reqs/priorities, follow through on leads and with candidates or hiring teams, etc.
  • A hungry individual who is enthusiastic and motivated to grow their career with the company
  • A data driven decision maker with the ability to assess and report on progress of searches
  • A hands-on person who is willing to roll up their sleeves to tackle problems
  • A collaborative team player who is willing to learn from others, take and give feedback, and stay humble
  • A strong sourcer who is able to help give a competitive boost to the company in a very challenging market

  • Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience working in fast paced growing startups is ideal
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Able to collaborate with the Cresta team to identify and nurture passive top talent
  • Build a community around Cresta
  • Motivation to find the absolute best talent instead of merely filling in a role
  • Ability to create high quality structured interview and recruiting process
