The Head of Channel Sales is responsible for building Cresta's strategic channel partner ecosystem, focused on identifying, developing, delivering co-sell and re-sell partnerships.As Head of Channel Sales, you will establish and grow business & technical relationships with digital chat and telephony platforms like LivePerson, LogMeIn, Salesforce, Amazon, Twilio, Avaya and others with the goal of supporting the direct sales team with new sales opportunities.
Identify and develop new opportunities with integration partners (LivePerson, Nuance, Amazon, Twilio, etc) working closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Legal.
Partner with the Cresta Sales team to create and drive revenue opportunities within target accounts.
Review, draft and manage reseller and partnership focused commercial agreements.
Be the main point of contact and manage relationships and operations with partners.
Enter reliable forecasting and opportunity details in SFDC on a timely and regular basis to track pipeline growth.
Define Sales enablement programs, press, webinars, events, and GTM programs to drive engagement with technology Partners.
10+ years of work experience across Channel/Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Sales and Business Development in a technology company- preferably within the contact center space.
Track record of delivering cross-functional projects that accelerated sales revenue.
Understanding of the contact center technology ecosystem.
Public speaking skills and ability to articulate complex concepts.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to set clear priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technology. MBA preferred.
