Director of Business Development

As the Director of Business Development you will develop and execute a strategic BD plan with the goals to deliver value to customers and partners and to drive revenue growth.  You will be responsible for understanding the market landscape and building the partner ecosystem. Success will be measured by sales and product usage growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up the business development function at Cresta and grow the team over time
  • Develop and implement a Business Development / Partnership strategy 
  • Build and maintain relationships with external and internal strategic partners
  • Develop a channel strategy to drive revenue


  • Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Business Development experience
  • Experience in early stage, fast growing companies with responsibility of driving revenue
  • Demonstrable experience closing partnership agreements
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop a vision
  • Experience as people manager that knows how to inspire people and how to build / develop teams
  • Experience selling to and working with C-level executives
  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves and to do what it takes to get the job done
