Cresta is seeking a senior software engineer to shape the voice product.
Our omnichannel real-time coaching product enables humans to be communication experts across chat, phone, and messaging. Our focused effort on chat product has demonstrated early success at Fortune 500 companies. We are looking to expand this product to voice, which is a 10x larger market than chat.
As a software engineer, you'll have the ability to build a high-impact product that drives the growth of the company. You will have an integral role in technical decisions that define our product and influence the customer experience. You will join a collaborative but highly autonomous working environment in which each member has a defined role with clear expectations, as well as the freedom to pursue projects they find interesting.

What You'll Do:Work closely with the leadership team on the direction of the voice product.Design and architecture the front-end and back-end systems for the voice product.Contribute to the development of high-volume, and reliable production-ready voice applications.Identify and leverage opportunities to improve general engineering productivity.
What We Look For:5+ years of software engineering experience.A good product sense.Strong programming skills and deeply understands the tradeoffs of system design.Familiar with front-end stack, including Typescript, React and GraphQL.Experience in development for high-traffic websites.
