Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Setting territories to create equal opportunity for sales team
Calculate and approves commissions to finance
Own all sales tools, including everything in SFDC
Confirm lead qualification and collaborate with SDR and Sales Director teams
Manage sales process creation & optimization to drive repeatability and velocity
Oversee sales business process review and documentation, gap analysis and establishment of the best practices as well as subsequent process design in Salesforce application(s)
Develop mastery of early indicators of sales success for Cresta
Ownership of data quality to ensure coverage of all target accounts and contacts
Work with the Finance department to close out the quarter and calculate commissions for the sales team
Be a partner to the head of sales
Run weekly forecast meetings with the head of sales
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sales ops for a fast growing enterprise saas company
Highly organized
Impeccable work ethic
Mastery of SFDC and Excel
Energy, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness in everything you do
Mastery of the sales tech landscape, ensure Cresta is using the best tools
Natural problem-solver and extremely resourceful - garnering support from other people or teams in order to drive opportunities to closure
