What You'll Do:The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for implementing recruiting strategies to source and screen the best talent for a variety of roles, executing best practices in hiring and recruiting practices and solutions. The Senior Technical Recruiter will network with potential candidates to promote Cresta’s employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, build a strong pipeline, and ensure we attract top talentCreate a high quality, structured and scalable interview and recruiting process that yields the best qualified candidatesWorks with Hiring teams to understand current and future needs, providing recruiting solutions to complex staffing issuesCollaborate with hiring teams on hiring strategies to both active and passive talentSource candidates from multiple targeted sources for open positions across the organizationManage the entire recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience, from job posting to job offerMeasure key recruitment metrics and provide data and analytics trends and recommendations to senior leadersPartner with Hiring Managers to help close candidatesManage relationships with recruitment vendors and the applicant tracking system
