Optimum Collaborates with Cresta to Further Transform Its Customer Experience with Artificial Intelligence

Cresta will help Optimum improve sales conversion rates, accelerate efficient revenue growth, and empower their agents with the use of Generative AI

Cresta, the leading contact center artificial intelligence (AI) platform for human and AI agents, today announced that Optimum, one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States, will be deploying Cresta’s generative AI-powered solutions at scale to enhance its customer experience and drive efficient revenue growth.
