Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Destination Innovation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) run by Cresta Intelligence Inc.
(“Cresta”) is subject to and governed by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Official Rules”).

The Destination Innovation Sweepstakes is not affiliated with CCW or any of its sponsors, organizers,
promoters, vendors, or participants, other than Cresta.

1. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the
   District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of
   residence at the time of entry. Cresta employees and their immediate family members and/or those living
   in the same household, as well as other vendors participating in the conference at which the Sweepstakes
   are presented, are not eligible to win. The sweepstakes are subject to federal, state, and local laws and
   regulations and void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes.
2. Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes any participating entrant’s
   (each, an “Entrant”) full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules and the
   decisions of Cresta, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon Entrant’s compliance
   with these Official Rules.
3. Use of Information. In person Entrants consent 1) to Cresta’s use of any information submitted with an
   entry, including Entrant’s email address and phone number, to send additional promotional and marketing
   messages and 2) to Cresta’s sharing of such information with other third parties, including Prize suppliers.
   Information submitted via write-in entries (as detailed in Section 5 below) will not be used for promotional
   or marketing purposes.
4. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am eastern on June 3, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm
   eastern on June 6, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). No Entries will be accepted before the Sweepstakes
   Period begins or after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Cresta reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes
   Period or suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes as it deems necessary.
5. How to Enter. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. An Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes in one
   of two ways:
• In Person. In person entry can be completed by 1) visiting the Cresta booth at the 2025 CCW
  Conference, 2) providing an End User badge for scanning by Cresta, and 3) participating in a qualifying
  meeting or demonstration with Cresta personnel during the conference. Entering the Sweepstakes
  in person does not enhance chances of winning.
• Write-in: On a postcard, legibly print your complete name, mailing address, phone number, email
  address, and date of birth and mail the postcard with proper postage to: Cresta Intelligence Inc., CCW
  Sweepstakes, 540 Bryant Street, Suite 200, Palo Alto, CA 94301, ATTN: Russell Banzon. All write-in
  entries must be received by 11:59 pm eastern on June 6, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry
  per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
  Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. Write-in entries
  must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

6. Prizes
   Subject to the verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, one (1) winner will win a
   trip for two people, including three nights’ accommodations and airfare, with a maximum total value of
   three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) (the “Prize”). The Prize is subject to all terms and conditions
   generally applicable thereto. All applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges on the Prize are the sole
   responsibility of the winner. Prizes may not be substituted, and are neither transferable, refundable, nor
   redeemable for cash. Cresta reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater monetary value to
   the Prize if, for any reason, the Prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these Official Rules.
7. Prize Winners.
   • Selection. On or about June 11, 2025, the prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all
     eligible entries received by Cresta. The winner will be chosen by random chance drawing. Odds of
     winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   • Notification. The winner will be notified individually and announced online, including through the use
     of social media. The winner may be required to complete additional documentation including a notice
     of compliance with the Official Rules. The winner must continue to comply with all terms and
     conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein. If
     a winner cannot be contacted, or in any way conflicts with the Official Rules, the winner forfeits the
     Prize. In such an event, Cresta may award the Prize to an alternate entrant via a chance drawing,
     though it is under no obligation to do so.
   • Taxes. The winner will be solely responsible for the payment of any and all taxes in connection with
     the winner’s receipt of a Prize. Entrant may, as a condition of receipt of a Prize, be required to provide
     a social security number for purposes of issuance of an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year,
     a copy of which will be filed with the IRS.
8. Grant of License; Publicity Consent. Entrants hereby grant to Cresta royalty-free license to use any
   information included in an entry in any manner Cresta deems necessary, reasonable, and/or appropriate
   in connection with the advertising, marketing, and promotion of its brand, company, and/or the
   Sweepstakes. Entrant hereby expressly consents to the use of his/her personal information or other
   information, such as name, social media handle, voice or likeness, in advertising, promotional, and
   marketing materials; including identification as a winner of the Sweepstakes.
9. Representations and Warranties of Entrant. In connection with the submittal of each entry in the
   Sweepstakes, each Entrant hereby represents and warrants to Cresta that: (a) Entrant has the full power
   and authority to deliver its entry in compliance with the Official Rules; (b) the Official Rules are a legally
   valid and binding obligation of Entrant, and; (c) Entrant is the rightful owner of any and all information
   he/she submits to Cresta.
10. General Conditions. If the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any
    way, or the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any reason, as determined by Cresta in its sole
    and absolute discretion, Cresta may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address
    the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these
    Official Rules, or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes (and, in the event of termination, award the Prize at
    random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received in such Sweepstakes up to the time of the
    impairment). Cresta may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the
    entry process or the operation of a Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an
    unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation
    of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and – should such an attempt be made –
    Cresta reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and any other remedies at law and

    in equity from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Cresta to enforce any
    provision of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and
    hold harmless Cresta, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion
    agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, including CCW and its sponsors,
    organizers, promoters, vendors, and/or participants, and each of their respective officers, directors,
    employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and
    against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of
    the Prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) errors or
    problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the
    administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the winner, or the processing of Entries; (b)
    injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or
    indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or
    misuse of the Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto); or (c) force majeure or acts beyond
    the reasonable control of Cresta, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, weather, labor shortages
    or disputes, acts or omissions of vendors or suppliers, or governmental acts. Entrant further agrees that
    in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating
    in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees. Released
    Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users,
    tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
    Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive,
    consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
12. Disputes. Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or
    Prize shall be resolved individually and exclusively in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in
    the terms provided by any Prize supplier applicable to what the winner receives, with the venue for any
    such dispute resolution to be San Francisco, California. All issues or questions concerning the
    construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Official Rules or Entrant’s or Cresta’s rights
    or obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance
    with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. Use of Information; Privacy. Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Cresta Privacy Policy,
    available at www.cresta.com. By entering a Sweepstakes, Entrant consents to being contacted by Cresta
    for promotional and marketing messages. Further, Entrant expressly acknowledges that Cresta may
    share such information with other third parties, including Prize suppliers.
14. Winners List. To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request
    along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Cresta Intelligence Inc., CCW Sweepstakes, 540 Bryant
    Street, Suite 200, Palo Alto, CA 94301, ATTN: Russell Banzon. Requests must be received no later than
    June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific.
