Earlier this year, Zayd approached the Cresta board about bringing in an experienced leader to help accelerate the company’s growth, signaling his unwavering commitment to the company’s vision.

Ping Wu has been appointed interim CEO. Ping joined Cresta as the VP of Engineering and Product in the summer of 2021 from Google. With deep domain experience in the industry and a passion for generative AI, Ping is an excellent choice to lead Cresta into its next phase of growth. Alongside the rest of the leadership team, which includes contact center industry veterans from Five9 and CallMiner, Cresta is poised for success as it executes its vision and forges a path forward in a golden age of conversational intelligence.
