Cresta named Five9 VoiceStream Innovation Partner of the Year Award for second consecutive year

We’re excited to share the news that Five9, provider of the Intelligent CX Platform, has named Cresta an VoiceStream Innovation Partner of the Year, for the second consecutive year. The Five9 2023 Global Partner Awards recognize the achievements of the Five9 global ecosystem of channel partners, System Integrators, strategic alliance partners, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). 

Five9 VoiceStream is a set of RESTful APIs that provide real-time audio streams, CTI events, and metadata for agent-customer call interactions.
