  • A new ARR record, our highest ever in a quarter
  • 17 enterprise lands, including Fortune 500 financial institutions, airlines, energy companies, and other large enterprises
  • 154% QoQ increase for new Cresta AI Agent bookings as more and more customers vote with their dollars that it is the leading solution
  • 10x+ increase in partner sourced revenue QoQ as we deepen our ecosystem of partners

This quarter, Forrester named Cresta a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Conversation Intelligence Solutions for Contact Centers, Q2 2025, covering a broad spectrum of contact center AI categories including conversation insights and analysis, real-time agent guidance, QM & coaching, and workflow automation.

As businesses across industries look to Cresta as the go-to partner for AI transformation in the contact center, we see other signs of the tide turning:
